2D expansion rubber block
The main material of SnugBaffle101 is butyl/styrene butadiene rubber plastic as the substrate. This type of product has good adhesion and corrosion resistance to steel plates.

- This product is mainly used for sealing and noise reduction of car body cavities (such as the upper part of the A-pillar, threshold, wheel cover, etc.). Remove the required size of the anti stick paper, adhere it to the application area, and compact it. Pay attention to the surface of the car body steel plate to be pasted, which should be free of impurities such as water, oil, wax, etc. This can obtain a firm adhesion. In order to obtain reliable installation and ensure stable adhesion of self-adhesive expansion sheets, it is necessary to conduct sufficient climate adaptation treatment at room temperature (production line).
The colors of the expansion film are: black, gray, and blue.
Cut into pieces and package them in cardboard boxes or turnover boxes, or according to customer requirements.

2. Standard storage environment
Requirements for product standard storage environment: ① Storage temperature range: -5 ℃~30 ℃; ② Storage humidity range: 30%~80%; ③ Other conditions: Avoid direct sunlight, stay away from heat sources, and place in a cool and dry place;
3. Shelf life: Under standard storage environment, the shelf life is 3 months; The product exhibits performance degradation after being stored in an environment exceeding the standard (temperature 45-65 ℃, or humidity greater than 80%) for a total of 7 days and cannot be used again.
