- Before using this product, it is necessary to ensure that the surface on which the substrate is bonded must be clean, dry, free of dust and any grease. The main solid mixture should be evenly mixed according to the standard configuration, and can be glued using a serrated scraper, drum, or two component machine. ZJ-TPU800 can cure at lower temperatures (>0 ℃), and the curing time can be shortened by increasing the temperature. During the curing process, it is necessary to maintain a certain pressure on the contact surface to ensure close contact between the two component polyurethane adhesive and both layers.
- matters needing attention:
- It is recommended to use automatic mixing equipment to keep the mixer and adhesive parts dry. A. Component B should not come into contact with water or moisture.
- Mix components A and B in proportion within the operation time, and use them before the gel time.
- Before curing, the adhesive can be directly cleaned with ethanol, ethyl acetate, etc. After curing, the resin should be soaked, softened, and peeled off with a special cleaning agent.

- Avoid contacting sealant products with food and cosmetics;
- Uncured adhesive should not come into contact with the skin for a long time. If any discomfort symptoms such as allergies occur, please seek medical attention promptly
- If the sealant accidentally gets into the eyes, it must be immediately rinsed with plenty of water and then checked by a doctor;
